For those who wish, we will prepare a referral letter to the medical institution you wish to transfer to, after consulting with your doctor.

≪Storage of medical records≫

Even after the hospital closes, we will store the records for a certain period in accordance with the law (generally 5 years).

≪Pediatric Primary Care Physician Consultation Fee≫

For those who have designated our hospital as their primary care physician and signed a consent form, we will automatically remove you from our primary care physician designation starting in April 2026.
