From April 2nd year of Reiwa, the end time of the examination was changed to 17:30.
We do not have a reception end time, but even if you come just before the end time, we may not be able to provide sufficient medical examination due to time constraints. Please come with plenty of time.
To the reception: Health insurance card, beneficiary card, medical examination ticket, medicine notebook Please put out.
* If you have a fever , please fill out this table and send it out at the reception.
Reservations are made by the end of the following month. Please pick up by phone or directly at the counter.
Vaccinations are given on weekday afternoons (not Thursdays). We do not accept applications on the day of the event.
Infant health checkups are basically done on Wednesday afternoon .

General medical treatment is not by appointment. However, if you do not need to urgently consult with atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma, etc., please use the allergy consultation time.
